Job Purpose

The Human Resource and Operations Director will partner closely with the executive leadership team to design, implement, and manage the full scope of Human Resources programs and operational initiatives for Zenwork, Inc. (US). This role will lead day-to-day HR operations while helping scale the company’s talent strategy, employee engagement programs, and operational processes.

This individual will play a critical role in strengthening the culture of Zenwork, Inc. (US), supporting leadership, and building scalable HR systems that enable the organization to grow efficiently while attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy & Leadership

· Partner with executive leadership to design, implement, and continuously improve HR strategies, systems, policies, and processes across Zenwork, Inc. (US).

· Use HR metrics and analytics to measure HR program effectiveness and support data-driven decision making.

· Champion the culture, values, and employee experience of Zenwork, Inc. (US) to maintain a positive and productive workplace.

Culture, Engagement & Employee Experience

· Lead initiatives that strengthen company culture, employee engagement, and organizational alignment across Zenwork, Inc. (US).

· Manage Zenwork, Inc. (US)’s participation in the Great Place to Work® Certification Program, including administration of the Trust Index™ employee survey, action plans from survey results and related culture assessment activities.

· Implement programs and initiatives that reinforce a high-trust, high-performance culture aligned with Great Place to Work best practices.

· Monitor progress against engagement goals, communicate outcomes and improvement initiatives across the organization.

· Serve as the coordinator and host for the annual Zenwork, Inc. (US) Retreat, managing end-to-end planning including venue selection, vendor coordination, logistics, scheduling, and on-site event execution.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

· Develop and mature recruitment programs that enable hiring managers to source and hire qualified candidates efficiently.

· Establish repeatable recruiting processes to support scalable hiring as the organization grows.

· Partner with leadership to support workforce planning and hiring strategy.

· Source and implement AI driven solutions to innovate talent acquisition and workforce planning.

Employee Development & Performance Management

· Design and enhance onboarding programs to accelerate new hire productivity and engagement.

· Assess employee training and development needs and implement programs to support career growth and retention.

· Lead performance management initiatives that provide continuous feedback, development opportunities, and employee motivation.

Compensation, Benefits & Total Rewards

· Manage and evolve the company’s Total Rewards strategy including compensation structures and employee benefits programs.

· Ensure programs remain competitive and aligned with employee retention and engagement goals.

HR Operations & Compliance

· Develop, implement, and maintain employee policies, programs, and HR operational processes.

· Ensure ongoing compliance with employment laws and regulations including labor law, immigration, workers’ compensation, and workplace safety requirements.

· Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and performance management practices.

Office & Operational Management

· Oversee the day-to-day administration and operations of the Zenwork, Inc. (US) Fayetteville office.

· Ensure the workplace environment supports productivity, collaboration, and employee well-being.

· Manage the requisition, tracking, and distribution of company assets including laptops, office equipment, security badges, keys, and other technology or operational resources required by employees.

· Maintain accurate records of company-issued assets and ensure proper processes are followed for onboarding, offboarding, and asset recovery.

· Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to procure equipment and maintain operational readiness.

· Act as the primary liaison with local vendors and service providers supporting facility operations, including building management, security services, parking administration, and related office services.

Required Qualifications

Education

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Organizational Behavior, or a related field.

Experience

· 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources as an HR Generalist or similar role designing and implementing HR programs, policies, and procedures.

· Demonstrated experience supporting recruitment efforts directly and through external recruiters.

· Strong ability to design and evaluate HR strategies using data and HR metrics.

· Experience with HR systems and databases (preferably Zoho, Darwinbox, Rippling, or other similar solutions.

· Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

· High emotional intelligence (EQ) and strong influencing skills.

· Prior experience working in the technology industry preferred.

· PHR or SHRM certification preferred.

Working Conditions

This position will be on-site in the Fayetteville, AR office.
