Position Summary

The role of the Employee Giving Campaign Coordinator reports to the Director of Development (the “Director”). This position will coordinate the activities and needs surrounding the employee giving campaign. *Temporary position through mid-December.

Essential Position Responsibilities

  • Develop the schedule of activities for the campaign, including organizing and coordinating volunteer activities and needs, including logistics.
  • Update printed materials for present year’s campaign.
  • Order campaign supplies, as approved by Director.
  • Develop and implement a communication plan for the campaign, upon approval.
  • Attend and actively participate in the kick-off week activities.
  • Assist with the wrap-up of campaign activities ensuring all tasks are completed timely and reported accurately.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or GED, required.

Licensure/Certifications: N/A

Experience: Previous experience with a nonprofit organization, preferred.

Work Environment: This position will spend 40% of the time sitting while performing work in a standard office environment and 60% of the time standing and/or walking while pushing, pulling, lifting, and/or carrying up to 50 lbs.
