Position Summary

The role of the PC Tech Runner reports to the Technology Services Manager. This position is responsible for assisting the PC Techs with various technology objectives and projects.

Essential Position Responsibilities

  • Perform computer, desktop phone, mobile device, and printer endpoint imaging, inventory, installation, relocation, and functional verification
  • Assist PC Techs and system administrator teams with trouble shooting and resolution of issues
  • Partner with PC Techs and admins to learn and support multiple systems at a helpdesk level I
  • Create, update, and resolve helpdesk tickets and ensure ticket documentation is maintained appropriately

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or GED
  • Licensure and Certifications: Valid Arkansas drivers license and auto liability insurance, required. Certification in CompTia A+ and/or Network+, preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferred.

Work Environment: This position will spend 60% of time sitting while performing work in a standard office environment and 40% of time standing and/or walking while pushing, pulling, lifting, and/or carrying up to 50 lbs.
