Position Summary

The role of the Appointment Coordinator reports to the Clinic Manager. This position is responsible for coordinating appointments between internal and external clients.

Essential Position Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers, patients, guests, and coworkers in a positive and professional manner.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with patients, clinic staff, and providers.
  • Perform office and administrative duties in an effective and efficient manner such as scheduling appointment, registering patients, collecting payments, and verifying insurance eligibility.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or GED
  • Licensure and Certifications: N/A
  • Experience: Previous experience in a clerical support role, preferred.
