Position Summary
\nThis position is responsible for managing the environment of the front office activities of the clinic. These activities include, but are not limited to: receptionist duties, scheduling appointments, taking messages, referring calls appropriately and obtaining correct demographic information from patients. Must have effective communication with patients, co-workers, supervisor, and physicians. This position must be able to prioritize clinic needs and be flexible to assist in other areas as requested. The position has minimal exposure to infectious disease. The majority of time is spent sitting, standing, and walking of short distances.

Education Required
\nA high school diploma or GED as well as one year of medical appointment scheduling is required. Must possess the ability to operate standard office equipment and effectively communicate with customers.
