Position Summary
The staff Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluation and implementation of appropriate and prescribed physical therapy services to each assigned patient.  The staff PT provides clinical supervision to staff and students and assists the director with budgeting, marketing and planning capital expenditure.  The staff PT also assists the supervisor with quality and performance improvement activities as needed.  This position has exposure to communicable disease and body fluids.  This position spends the majority of time walking and/or standing (up to 60% of work time).  Frequent lifting, pushing and pulling of up to 50 lb. is also required (up to 30% of work time).  This position serves a variety of age groups:  pediatrics (5% of work time), adolescents (%5), adults (40%) and geriatrics (50%).  Travel to offsite facilities may be required.

Licenses/Certifications Required
Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of Arkansas, CPR

Specific Educational and Skill Competencies Required
Graduation from an accredited school of physical therapy and licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the State of Arkansas.
