Department: Division IV - Drug Court

Salary: $16/hr

Workday & Hours: 20 hours a week Monday - Friday

Benefits Eligibility: Vacation, Sick time, Holiday time

Job Summary:

Broad range of duties could include conducting legal research, preparing bench memos, drafting orders and opinions, proofreading, verifying citations, assisting with discovery and communication with counsel regarding case management and procedural requirements. This position is in the Washington County Division 4 Circuit Court. Flexible scheduling.

Required Qualifications:

Must be able to pass a criminal background check, obtain and maintain federally mandated security clearances where required, this position is subject to pre-employment and reasonable suspicion testing and if a promotional position, candidate must pass an assignment drug test.

Must be a Law Student
