What We’re Looking For: As the Housekeeping Manager, you'll oversee a team of dedicated staff responsible for ensuring our venues are spotless and ready for any event, whether it’s a Broadway show or a concert under the stars. You’ll provide leadership in hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising staff, ensuring everything is clean, safe, and ready for the next big performance. You’ll also manage the ordering of supplies, track inventory, and maintain high safety standards to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of full-time, part-time, and seasonal housekeeping staff across both venues.
• Coordinate event setups, ensuring spaces are clean and prepared for performances.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance.
• Manage payroll, staffing levels, and oversee inventory of supplies.
• Work closely with Operations teams to ensure event-specific needs are met.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and customer service excellence.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 4 years of experience in custodial or maintenance work, with 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel between Fayetteville and Rogers.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a passion for the arts!
