What You’ll Do:

• Technical Support: Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to keep our systems running seamlessly.

• System Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals, ensuring they are always up to date and performing optimally.

• User Management: Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights to ensure smooth operations.

• Event Support: Assist in setting up and supporting events and presentations, making sure tech runs flawlessly every time.

• Problem-Solving: Resolve IT issues promptly and provide training and guidance to staff on tech-related topics.

• Team Player: Collaborate with various departments, vendors, and even represent Walton Arts Center / Walmart AMP at events.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or desktop support role.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and a basic understanding of IT concepts and terminology.
• Communication: Clear, effective written and verbal communication skills to work well with our team and provide excellent customer service.
• Physical: You’ll need to be able to lift up to 50 lbs, endure standing or walking for extended periods, and work in a variety of environments—from offices to large outdoor event spaces.
• Flexibility: The ability to adapt to changing tasks and environments, including working in high-energy, event-driven settings like concerts, shows, and festivals.
