About the team: The team leads Walmart’s fulfillment transformation by driving strategic program management and data-driven decisions to enhance customer experience. It manages initiatives across speed, assortment, pricing, and recovery through collaboration with Product, Pricing, Walmart+, Merchandising, Network, Operations, Analytics, and Finance teams. Focused on identifying challenges, designing tests, and scaling solutions, the team ensures alignment with Walmart’s objectives via effective stakeholder engagement, financial oversight, and business operations. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
