About the team:
The Merchandising Replenishment team oversees the Utility Bedding category, managing both import and domestic operations. This team drives inventory strategies by forecasting demand, coordinating supply chain activities, and optimizing performance to meet business goals. Collaborating with merchants and suppliers, they ensure accurate order placement and efficient stock distribution. Focused on continuous improvement, the team leverages data analysis and cross-functional partnerships to enhance replenishment processes. Their efforts support operational excellence and deliver value to customers while aligning with overall company objectives.
What you'll do:
- Drive sales and inventory performance by managing supply planning, vendor partnerships, and execution precision.
- Align launch forecasts and ensure inventory flows meet timing requirements for modulars and promotions.
- Collaborate with suppliers to manage purchase orders, address disruptions, and execute allocation decisions.
- Lead root cause analysis and recovery plans to resolve out-of-stock issues and improve inventory health.
- Monitor product flow and inventory positioning to support business goals and key performance indicators.
- Partner cross-functionally to optimize network inventory planning and reduce costs.
- Provide leadership by setting standards, mentoring, and fostering continuous improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
