Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Role Purpose Own and drive the integrated execution of the People Services & Technology Strategy across LATAM, translating strategy into market implementation, operating-model transformation, technology enablement, and measurable business outcomes across Mexico, Chile, and Central America. This role serves as the point of accountability for transformation execution, ensuring workstreams remain aligned, decisions are made at the right level, risks are actively resolved, and committed outcomes are delivered on time. Key Responsibilities
  • Own the integrated LATAM transformation roadmap, including milestones, sequencing, dependencies, resources, and delivery commitments.
  • Translate the LATAM strategy into executable market plans with clear owners, timelines, success measures, and accountability.
  • Lead market discovery and requirements across Mexico, Chile, and CAM, distinguishing true regulatory or market requirements from legacy process variation.
  • Drive implementation of the future-state LATAM People Services operating model, including process migration, standardization, centralization, digitization, and service adoption using global best practices.
  • Integrate People Services and Technology delivery across workflow digitization, automation, platforms, data, and other technology dependencies.
  • Establish and lead program governance, decision rights, escalation paths, and operating rhythms across executive, Technology, Services, and market leadership.
  • Hold workstream owners accountable for commitments, proactively identify delivery gaps, and drive decisions and corrective actions required to keep the transformation on track.
  • Manage cross-market risks, dependencies, resource constraints, investment requirements, and implementation sequencing.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment, change readiness, communications, and adoption across impacted organizations.
  • Track and communicate transformation performance, benefits, and business outcomes, including productivity, service performance, process maturity, digitization, associate experience, and cost-to-serve.
  • Establish standardized ways of working within the Mexico LATAM hub, simplifying and harmonizing processes, governance, roles, controls, and service delivery while accommodating validated market-specific requirements.
  • Embed continuous improvement into the operating model and establish mechanisms to sustain improvements after implementation.
  • Ensure transformation decisions and commitments translate into sustained operational results—not simply completed project milestones.
Experience / Background
  • Strong program leadership experience delivering complex, multi-market transformations.
  • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise operating-model, process, and technology transformation.
  • Proven ability to translate strategy into executable roadmaps, establish accountability, and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Strong executive stakeholder management, influence, and decision-driving capability across matrixed organizations.
  • Experience managing complex dependencies, risks, resources, and competing priorities.
  • Strong experience in process simplification, standardization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to operate at both the strategic and execution level—connecting long-term transformation objectives with day-to-day delivery.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
Why Spanish Fluency Is Desired This role will directly lead discovery, process redesign, implementation, and issue resolution with Spanish-speaking market leaders, process owners, and delivery teams. Spanish fluency enables the Program Lead to directly understand local operating realities, challenge unnecessary process variation, translate legitimate market requirements into enterprise design decisions, accelerate decision-making, and reduce execution risk.
