About the team:
The Strategic Account Management team collaborates with key stakeholders to achieve customer and business objectives. It drives accountability, monitors progress, and fosters continuous improvement. The team develops associates through hiring, training, and mentoring while ensuring compliance with company policies and ethical standards. Utilizing business acumen and data analytics, members interpret market trends and recommend effective solutions. They demonstrate product expertise to support sales, manage complex proposals, oversee onboarding, resolve escalations, and contribute to strategic planning and negotiation, delivering impactful results aligned with organizational goals.
What you'll do:
  • Analyze market trends, regulatory changes, and industry data to inform strategic account plans and business recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support account growth and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product offerings with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Lead forecasting and account planning activities using relevant tools and data sources.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations tailored to customer requirements.
  • Manage onboarding processes for assigned accounts, ensuring smooth integration and issue resolution.
  • Negotiate agreements by leveraging data insights and stakeholder engagement techniques.

What you'll bring:
  • Proven expertise in strategic account planning, sales forecasting, and customer retention metrics.
  • Strong business acumen with knowledge of industry trends, regulatory impacts, and market fluctuations.
  • Experience managing stakeholder relationships, including identification, engagement, and communication.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights to support business decisions and sales proposals.
  • Skilled in negotiation techniques and preparing comprehensive sales presentations.
  • Familiarity with customer onboarding processes and system integration challenges.
  • Demonstrated capability to collaborate across teams and influence business partners effectively.

Sunnyvale, California US-04397: The annual salary range for this position is $91,000.00 - $169,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
