What you'll do:
  • Ensure work areas are secured, cleaned, and maintained in compliance with company policies and safety standards.
  • Coordinate merchandise flow by managing distribution from trucks to designated Layout Center areas.
  • Support buyers and suppliers during merchandise setup and review processes, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation.
  • Oversee associate schedules, performance, and training while maintaining confidentiality of personal and payroll information.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and compliance with service-level agreements and corporate standards.
  • Assist in budget management by validating expenditures, reviewing invoices, and monitoring warranty reimbursements.
  • Provide expert guidance to improve facility operations and support business solutions aligned with customer and company needs.

What you'll bring:
  • Proven expertise in facility operations, including adherence to safety standards and hazardous materials guidelines.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Experience in performance improvement, coaching, and mentoring associates to enhance team productivity.
  • Proficiency in procurement processes and managing vendor relationships to ensure compliance and service quality.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel formulas for data analysis and reporting to support budget management and operational decisions.
  • Commitment to ethical standards, integrity, and maintaining confidentiality in all business practices.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
