What you'll do:
- Develop and execute category strategies aligned with long-term business objectives and market trends.
- Manage profit and loss responsibilities, including pricing, promotions, and inventory decisions to meet financial targets.
- Lead supplier negotiations, establish terms, and monitor supplier performance to ensure profitability and compliance.
- Oversee channel strategy and collaborate with supply chain to optimize product availability and customer experience.
- Guide team performance through coaching, development, and clear communication of priorities and expectations.
- Utilize data analysis to inform decisions, drive innovation, and improve category performance.
- Support execution of merchandising plans, modular layouts, and promotional features across channels.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in category strategy development and execution for moderately complex categories.
- Strong financial management skills, including profit and loss ownership and budget forecasting.
- Ability to analyze competition, customer behavior, and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Expertise in supplier management, including negotiation and performance tracking.
- Demonstrated team management capabilities, including coaching, development, and performance evaluation.
- Proficiency in leveraging data analysis tools to generate insights and influence business outcomes.
- Effective decision-making skills with a focus on customer-centric and omni-channel strategies.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
