What you'll do:

• Lead business analysis initiatives by coordinating activities and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to support strategic plans and business needs.
• Provide data-driven insights and market research to inform decision-making and identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage and develop stakeholder relationships through partnership, collaboration, and assigning responsibilities to build accountability and met project objectives.
• Oversee compliance with company policies, ensuring ethical standards and integrity in all business processes.
• Analyze data using tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Power BI to deliver accurate reports and actionable recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvement by evaluating workflows, processes, and results to enhance operational efficiency.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience in business analysis and data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis, visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI, and SQL programming.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships and communicate complex information clearly.
• Expertise in coordinating cross-functional processes to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
