The Central Fill Pharmacy team is at the forefront of automation and efficiency, processing prescriptions for multiple retail locations. Our purpose is to streamline backend operations, allowing retail pharmacies to dedicate more time to patient care. As a Staff Pharmacist, you will be pivotal in maintaining high operational standards and ensuring seamless pharmacy services.

2nd / Hours - 3pm - 3am - 16 hours weekly

Flexibility to work - Sunday - Saturday

Join Walmart’s dynamic team as a part time Pharmacist at our NSO Central Fill Campus in Rogers ,Arkansas. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support high-quality pharmacy operations by guiding associates, ensuring compliance with laws and company policies, and maintaining accuracy throughout the prescription fulfillment process. You will help ensure safe, efficient, and compliant pharmacy services while supporting Walmart’s commitment to patient care, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. About Central Fill Pharmacy:
The Central Fill Pharmacy team operates at the heart of automation and efficiency, processing prescriptions for multiple retail locations. Our purpose is to enable retail pharmacies to focus on patient care by handling backend operations. As a Pharmacist, you will play a key role in supporting accurate prescription verification, regulatory compliance, medication inventory management, and associate guidance within a fast-paced production environment. Work Shift: Work shift: 2nd; availability needed 3pm - 3am Sunday - Friday What You’ll Do:

• Direct and guide pharmacy associates to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Manage pharmaceutical equipment and medication inventory, including stock rotation, recalls, and expired medication processing.
• Perform visual verification of prescriptions for clinical and legal accuracy and adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Adapt to changing production demands while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Obtain and renew required pharmacist permits, registrations, and licenses timely.
• Provide expertise to develop and improve action plans supporting business and customer needs.
• Build relationships with associates and management to implement business initiatives and identify improvement opportunities.

What You’ll Bring:

• Current and valid Registered Pharmacist (RPh) licensure with ability to obtain and renew multiple state permits and registrations as required.
• Proven experience managing medication inventory, including stock rotation, cycle counts, recalls, and expired medication processing.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
• Ability to direct and mentor pharmacy associates while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality in prescription verification.
• Demonstrated adaptability to changing production demands and commitment to continuous improvement and best practices.

The hourly wage range for this position is $40.87 - $72.12* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
