We develop innovative store concepts, define strategic directions, and create scalable go-to-market plans that enhance customer experiences. What you'll do:
  • Develop and adapt store design solutions aligned with business strategies to enhance sales and operational efficiency.
  • Lead design sessions and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Realty, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Establish and maintain design guidelines and frameworks to ensure consistency and compliance across projects.
  • Oversee project implementation, monitor progress, and recommend improvements to scale successful design initiatives.
  • Manage multiple business plans by identifying needs, removing obstacles, and adjusting performance to meet objectives.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities to build a high-performing design team.

  • Proven expertise in retail and store space design, with strong capabilities in developing and adapting design solutions aligned with business strategies.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing design projects, including coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring adherence to design guidelines and operational requirements.
  • Strong skills in space allocation and maximizing operational efficiencies to enhance customer experience and drive sales profitability.
  • Experience in project management, including monitoring implementation, identifying improvement opportunities, and adjusting plans to meet business objectives.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in drafting technology, computer aided drafting, drafting and design technology, architectural design, or related field and 2 years experience in retail store design or related field OR 4 years experience in retail store design or related field.
