What you'll do...
Role summary:As a Staff Product Manager, you will lead strategy and execution for complex products, driving end-to-end outcomes from discovery through value realization. This role requires deep customer and technical insight, strong stakeholder collaboration, and ownership of multi-quarter product vision and roadmaps. You will influence product direction, mentor peers, and leverage data-driven decision-making to optimize performance. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams, you will navigate risks and dependencies while advancing innovation and operational excellence to deliver impactful business results aligned with Walmart’s strategic objectives.
About the team:
Our team manages product and technology platforms that enhance driver experience, yard management, and Trailer IoT within a complex supply chain. We deliver strategic product roadmaps and leverage data-driven insights to optimize performance. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, the team drives innovation through agile methodologies and advanced technology adoption. By overseeing the full product lifecycle and prioritizing customer needs, the team ensures scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes in a dynamic environment. Strong project and stakeholder management skills support continuous improvement and impactful results.
What you'll do:
- Drive strategy and execution for complex products or tightly related product sets, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop and own multi-quarter product vision, roadmaps, and go-to-market strategies based on customer insights and market trends.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Business partners to deliver end-to-end product outcomes.
- Utilize data-driven decision making, including experimentation and advanced analytics, to validate assumptions and optimize product performance.
- Mentor and guide less experienced product managers on discovery, prioritization, and launch readiness.
- Influence technical direction and innovation by partnering with Engineering and Data teams.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and backlog priorities to ensure timely delivery and value realization.
What you'll bring:
- Proven expertise in defining and executing product strategy for complex or multiple related products.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior partners.
- Experience in developing and managing product roadmaps from discovery through launch and value realization.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision making, including advanced analytics and experimentation techniques.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their application within product development.
- Ability to mentor and elevate less experienced product managers through coaching and knowledge sharing.
- Demonstrated capability to balance technical feasibility, customer needs, and business outcomes effectively.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
