What you'll do:
- Plan, estimate, organize, and monitor significant construction and project initiatives to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Maintain open communication with project teams, stakeholders, and clients to address risks, vulnerabilities, and project progress.
- Manage budgets, including preparation and monitoring of change orders and cost estimations.
- Oversee construction quality assurance, ensuring compliance with established standards and safety regulations.
- Coordinate project schedules and resources, facilitating smooth transitions between business cycles.
- Foster strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues and support project success.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in project and construction management, including planning, estimating, and monitoring project costs and timelines.
- Strong skills in budget management, including preparation and oversight of change orders and budget reports.
- Ability to maintain effective communication and build relationships with stakeholders such as contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Expertise in construction quality assurance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Proficiency in coordinating project schedules and managing risks with contingency planning.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
