What you'll do...
Role summary:The (USA) Manager, Temp Services (H) will work closely with the senior manager to execute the governance framework for policies, procedures, and training. This Manager role is a process excellence leader who will provide comprehensive support to all Product Compliance business lines. Key responsibilities include: (1) effectively managing the life cycle of policies, procedures, and training in partnership with Product Compliance subject matter experts and Global Governance stakeholders; (2) maintaining an accurate and comprehensive inventory of policies, procedures, and training; (3) developing content for training and compliance communications; and (4) recommending and implementing process improvements.

The team is dedicated to standardizing compliance policies, standards, and SOPs aligned with the broader responsibilities of Compliance subject matter experts. This approach ensures consistent prioritization and execution across functions. Team members collaborate closely to uphold high standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. They focus on delivering business results with a customer-centered mindset, leveraging data and insights to inform strategies.
What you'll do:
- Strengthen the Product Compliance program by enhancing effectiveness and efficiency. This includes developing and implementing changes to program processes, systems, and reporting to better support subject matter experts, as well as identifying program gaps and proposing solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure program awareness and communicate change to the impacted business teams.
- Execute specific Product Compliance programs per direction of the Sr. Manager while recommending and developing strategies for program improvement.

The hourly wage range for this position is $26.00 - $51.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
