The Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Management, plays a critical role in optimizing supply chain operations by partnering with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable process improvements. About the team:
The Senior Analyst collaborates closely with the domestic inbound operations manager to support inbound activities within an ecommerce fulfillment center. The team enhances supply chain processes by partnering with cross-functional groups to implement effective solutions. Responsibilities include analyzing data to improve network efficiency, resolving operational issues, and supporting process improvements. The team prioritizes clear communication, operational excellence, and continuous improvement to ensure timely and efficient product flow. Members contribute expertise in supply chain management, process optimization, and root cause analysis to drive sustainable business outcomes.
What you'll do:
  • Implement and improve supply chain and replenishment processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of solutions.
  • Analyze data from multiple stakeholders to identify root causes and streamline network efficiencies across distribution centers and fulfillment operations.
  • Support resolution of daily operational issues and escalations related to shipping, receiving, inventory, and returns.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives using lean concepts and end-to-end costing to reduce waste and enhance service levels.
  • Provide guidance and act as liaison between field operations, suppliers, and transporters to communicate expectations and drive compliance.
  • Monitor progress of business solutions, adapting to organizational changes and competing priorities.

  • Proven expertise in supply chain management and analysis with a focus on process improvement and root cause analysis.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to implement sustainable supply chain solutions and drive operational efficiencies.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate data from multiple stakeholders and support supplier compliance and network optimization.
  • Ability to manage escalations and resolve complex supply chain issues within distribution and fulfillment environments.
  • Demonstrated capability to develop and execute action plans aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to build partnerships and influence stakeholders.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
