What you'll do:

• Manage product specifications throughout the lifecycle to ensure quality and alignment with customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive product development initiatives and resolve issues.
• Conduct industry benchmarking and analyze trends to inform product strategies and improvements.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend solutions to address product lifecycle challenges.
• Oversee sourcing activities and validate documentation to support business unit strategies.
• Track performance metrics and provide insights to senior leaders for product enhancements.
• Lead and develop associates through coaching, mentoring, and training.
• Ensure compliance with company policies while promoting continuous improvement and accountability.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
