About the team:
The Merchandising Recruitment team plays a vital role in identifying and attracting talent that supports Walmart’s strategic objectives and innovation in merchandising. Collaborating closely with business leaders, the team ensures an efficient and high-quality hiring process while building talent pipelines for current and future needs. By leveraging market insights, data-driven strategies, and proactive partnership, the team delivers a candidate-focused experience that aligns talent acquisition with long-term organizational growth and success. This approach enables the company to maintain a strong workforce equipped to meet evolving business demands.
What you'll do:
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify talent gaps and recommend effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely and high-quality candidate selection and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand evolving workforce needs and provide expert guidance.
- Lead multiple projects using agile methodologies to improve recruiting efficiency and candidate experience.
- Analyze market trends and competitive intelligence to inform talent strategies and hiring decisions.
- Facilitate interview training and support hiring managers in assessment and selection best practices.
What you'll bring:
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition and corporate recruitment with a strong focus on talent strategy and sourcing.
- Ability to leverage data-driven decision making to analyze talent supply and influence hiring priorities effectively.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, communication, and management to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
- Experience managing multiple projects using agile methodology, including sprint planning and process improvement.
- Strong capability to build and maintain long-term relationships with business leaders and hiring managers.
- Proficient in simplifying and improving recruiting processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Demonstrated accountability for hiring timelines and delivering results aligned with organizational goals.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
