What you'll do:
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute proactive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify talent gaps, prioritize hiring needs, and recommend effective sourcing approaches.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely and efficient candidate selection and onboarding.
- Provide expert guidance on assessment frameworks, interview best practices, and candidate evaluation criteria.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate communication and feedback throughout hiring cycles.
- Lead multiple projects using agile methodologies to optimize recruiting workflows and improve associate satisfaction.
- Leverage advanced sourcing techniques and technology to attract high-quality candidates and support workforce planning.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
