The Walmart US Talent Acquisition team serves as strategic advisors managing the full recruiting lifecycle for internal and external candidates. What you'll do:
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and execute proactive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify talent gaps, prioritize hiring needs, and recommend effective sourcing approaches.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely and efficient candidate selection and onboarding.
  • Provide expert guidance on assessment frameworks, interview best practices, and candidate evaluation criteria.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate communication and feedback throughout hiring cycles.
  • Lead multiple projects using agile methodologies to optimize recruiting workflows and improve associate satisfaction.
  • Leverage advanced sourcing techniques and technology to attract high-quality candidates and support workforce planning.

  • Proven expertise in talent acquisition with a strong focus on data-driven decision making and talent strategy development.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing guidance and influencing hiring managers and business leaders.
  • Experience managing multiple projects using agile methodology, including sprint planning, prioritization, and adaptive execution.
  • Deep understanding of business needs and workforce evolution to align recruiting strategies with organizational goals.
  • Skilled in leveraging advanced sourcing techniques and technology to identify and attract top talent.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach to improve hiring processes and associate satisfaction.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
