What you'll do:
- Conduct user research using interviews, surveys, and contextual inquiries to identify gaps between business goals and user experience.
- Analyze and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights that inform design strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand technical needs and align research outcomes with business objectives.
- Develop and refine user journey maps and storyboards to enhance interaction design.
- Lead usability testing efforts and iterate designs based on findings to improve product experience.
- Communicate research findings clearly to influence design decisions and build consensus across teams.
What you'll bring:
- Extensive knowledge of user experience strategies, including user interviews, surveys, and journey mapping to identify gaps and improve design outcomes.
- Proven ability to analyze and interpret qualitative and quantitative research data, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights.
- Strong skills in stakeholder identification, engagement, and communication to build effective functional partnerships.
- Expertise in synthesizing complex information and independently proposing solutions for interactive design challenges.
- Experience guiding research processes and translating findings into strategic business and design recommendations.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, graphic design, visual communication, product design, computer science, information technology, or related area and 3 years’ experience in market research, business analysis, UX design research, or related area.Option 2: 5 years' experience in market research, business analysis, UX design research, or related area.
