Role summary:

About the team:
The governance team within Last Mile Delivery, Trust & Safety focuses on policy and process governance to ensure operational excellence. This team leads cross-functional initiatives, driving project execution and continuous improvement to enhance business efficiency. By leveraging data analysis and effective communication, the team develops innovative solutions and maintains high standards for performance and compliance. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, they support strategic goals and operational success while fostering a culture of accountability and integrity. This team plays a critical role in advancing Walmart’s commitment to reliable and efficient service delivery.
What you'll do:

• Lead and manage complex project work streams, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and adjust project plans, timelines, and budgets while facilitating effective communication across teams.
• Analyze data to identify trends, provide insights, and recommend solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to design and implement process improvements and innovative business solutions.
• Oversee development and enhancement of operational tools and reporting mechanisms to support business needs.
• Mentor and develop team members, setting performance expectations and fostering a high-performing work environment.
• Drive initiatives that optimize costs, mitigate risks, and support revenue generation aligned with company goals.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
