What you'll do...

  • Lead operational excellence initiatives to optimize material handling equipment service processes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to enhance organizational capabilities and support continuous improvement.
  • Oversee crisis management planning and response to minimize business disruption and financial impact.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance to ensure service quality and reliability.
  • Drive quality assurance programs, conduct audits, and recommend improvements for equipment reliability and safety.
  • Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and promote efficient service operations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align service strategies with business objectives and operational goals.

  • Proven expertise in operational excellence with the ability to evaluate and improve organizational functions and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Strong leadership in change management, including initiating and sustaining impactful organizational improvements.
  • Experience in crisis management, capable of assessing risks and leading effective response strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of quality assurance processes and the ability to conduct audits and implement improvements.
  • Advanced vendor management skills, including developing and maintaining strategic supplier relationships.
  • Technical acumen in material handling equipment, troubleshooting, and driving technical enhancements.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Bachelor's degree in a Technical related field (e.g., Controls, Electrical) and 8 years experience in Material Handling Industry or related field OR
10 years experience in Material Handling Industry or related field.
2 years supervisory experience.
