The Manager, Site Merchandising - Campaigns & Events leads the design and execution of site navigation, category displays, and product layouts to enhance customer engagement and drive traffic. About the team:
The Deals team brings Walmart’s largest Deals events to life by creating seamless, engaging shopping experiences that help millions of customers easily find the best offers on Walmart.com. Collaborating closely with Site Content & Strategy, Creative, Engineering, Product, Merchandising, and other teams, they plan, launch, and optimize every Deals campaign. Success requires strong collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. The team values problem-solving, creative thinking, and delivering impactful customer experiences, continuously innovating to enhance how customers discover and shop Walmart’s top deals.
What you'll do:
  • Build and optimize site merchandising for assigned departments by designing traffic plans, product layouts, and featured displays.
  • Drive customer engagement through search optimization, navigation strategies, and collaboration with Marketing partners.
  • Analyze customer behavior and site data to recommend improvements and inform business decisions.
  • Communicate insights and strategies clearly to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Develop category strategies and support long-term planning to meet business objectives.
  • Coordinate campaign launches and evaluate promotional effectiveness with actionable recommendations.
  • Lead and mentor associates, ensuring compliance with company policies and fostering a high-performing team environment.

What you'll bring:
  • Proven expertise in site navigation standards, visual merchandising methodologies, and site tools such as Tempo and Tango.
  • Strong ability to design and execute category displays, product layouts, and traffic-driving strategies.
  • Proficiency in leveraging customer analytics and market research to inform site changes and optimize performance.
  • Excellent communication skills to influence cross-functional teams and present complex information clearly.
  • Experience in developing category strategies and supporting long-term business plans.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and drive actionable insights from data.
  • Skilled in campaign planning, product management, and site structure optimization.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
