About the team:
The Health and Wellness change management team leads the deployment of new initiatives across the field, ensuring alignment with business strategies and operational goals. This team applies strategic leadership and operations management expertise to design and implement effective change processes. Collaborating across functions, they assess resources, prioritize projects, and guide execution to enhance associate and customer experiences. Focused on continuous improvement, the team fosters strong partnerships and drives operational excellence to support organizational objectives and deliver measurable results.
What you'll do:
- Lead the change management of multiple projects and programs by applying operations expertise and aligning initiatives with business goals.
- Manage interdependencies across the implementation portfolio, assessing capacity and resources to prioritize assignments effectively.
- Design and operationalize initiatives within support segment frameworks, ensuring alignment with associate and customer experience goals.
- Evaluate and enhance operational processes, developing sustainable methodologies and communicating changes to key stakeholders.
- Analyze business objectives and customer needs to develop and implement strategic plans, incorporating cost and resource considerations.
- Foster talent development through recruitment, mentorship, and succession planning.
- Build collaborative relationships across functions to achieve business objectives and promote a culture of integrity and accountability.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
