Position Summary...

What you'll do...

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive administrative professional to support leadership in the Walmart Connect space and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. In this role, you’ll coordinate travel, manage complex calendars, create clear communications, and support reporting and financial administration—while serving as a trusted point of contact for internal and external partners.
What You’ll Do
  • Manage leadership calendars and meetings by scheduling across teams, anticipating prep time, reserving rooms, and prioritizing requests to ensure the right stakeholders are included.
  • Secure domestic and international travel needs, plan and coordinate large-scale meetings for division ensuring technology and logistics are covered.
  • Draft and manage communications by preparing emails and updates on behalf of leaders, following up on requests, and triaging incoming messages to drive timely resolution.
  • Support reporting and financial processes by collecting and compiling data, maintaining reports/templates, processing invoices and expense reports, and protecting confidential information.
  • Serve as a key support partner to leadership by filtering requests, resolving issues, coordinating across stakeholders, and mentoring or partnering with other assistants as needed.
  • Drive continuous improvement and compliance by applying best practices, adapting quickly to shifting priorities, and modeling company values and ethical standards.

  • Leaders are prepared, priorities are clear, and schedules are optimized—even as priorities shift quickly.
  • Meetings, and travel run smoothly with minimal escalation.
  • Communications are polished, timely, and aligned to business needs.
  • Reporting and financial administration are accurate, organized, and handled with confidentiality.
  • Acting as a source of local knowledge and support leadership and associates as they visit the area for critical meetings.

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $54,000.00 - $96,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
