About the team:
The Enterprise People Technology team leads the deployment and adoption of advanced people technology solutions across the organization. Collaborating with stakeholders, the team delivers scalable, high-quality software using agile methodologies. Members apply expertise in software design, project management, and modern development tools to build and maintain robust applications. Focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence, the team ensures technology aligns with business goals. Leveraging skills in Java, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, and RESTful APIs, the team supports efficient, secure, and reliable solutions that enhance enterprise capabilities and foster innovation.
What you'll do:
- Own scoped feature and model delivery through collaborative engineering teams, managing implementation, iteration, testing, and support.
- Write clean, efficient, and reliable code using languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, and others.
- Integrate AI and ML components to enhance software intelligence and development velocity.
- Participate in design reviews, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable software aligned with platform objectives.
- Conduct code reviews, debugging, and defect management to maintain high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and measurable outcomes.
- Monitor application performance and support continuous integration and deployment processes.
- Mentor peers and contribute to engineering best practices and innovation initiatives.
What you'll bring:
- Proficiency in Java for backend services, including experience with Spring Boot.
- Good understanding of RESTful APIs, system design, and microservices architecture.
- Experience working with message stream systems (Pub/Sub -Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience integrating AI/ML components and leveraging generative AI tools to enhance development.
- Prior experience with cloud-native technologies (GCP/Azure) and DevOps practices
- Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and caching solutions
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
- Exposure to developer productivity, observability, or DevOps tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
