What you'll do:
- Manage daily execution of construction projects to ensure timely, on-scope, and on-budget delivery.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and documentation.
- Review and validate construction drawings, submittals, and specifications prior to procurement and construction start.
- Track project milestones, identify risks, and escalate issues to leadership and partners to maintain progress.
- Oversee compliance with building codes, safety, environmental, and company standards throughout construction.
- Serve as primary contact for external partners, facilitating issue resolution and alignment on deliverables.
- Monitor vendor performance and prepare status, budget, and issue reports for stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience managing construction projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and compliance with design standards.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, architects, and engineering firms.
- Expertise in tracking project milestones, identifying risks, and escalating issues appropriately.
- Familiarity with local, state, and federal building codes, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Skilled in reviewing contractor requests and managing change orders to minimize delays and costs.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
