The (USA) Manager, Construction-DS oversees the execution of construction projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. What you'll do:

• Manage daily execution of construction projects to ensure timely, on-scope, and on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and documentation.
• Review and validate construction drawings, submittals, and specifications prior to procurement and construction start.
• Track project milestones, identify risks, and escalate issues to leadership and partners to maintain progress.
• Oversee compliance with building codes, safety, environmental, and company standards throughout construction.
• Serve as primary contact for external partners, facilitating issue resolution and alignment on deliverables.
• Monitor vendor performance and prepare status, budget, and issue reports for stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
