What you'll do:

• Manage daily execution of construction projects, ensuring timely, on-budget, and within-scope delivery.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and standards.
• Review and validate construction drawings, submittals, and change requests to maintain alignment with approved designs.
• Track project milestones, identify risks, and escalate issues to leadership to sustain progress.
• Oversee pre- and post-construction activities, including costing, scheduling, and final closeout processes.
• Ensure adherence to Walmart and regulatory compliance, safety, and environmental standards throughout projects.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and provide status updates to stakeholders.

• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and compliance with Walmart and industry standards.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, architects, and engineering teams to maintain project alignment.

• Familiarity with local, state, and federal building codes, safety, and environmental regulations.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
