What you'll do:
  • Support execution of business plans by identifying operational needs and removing barriers to enhance performance.
  • Manage cross-functional initiatives impacting store and corporate merchandising programs and communication platforms.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on merchandise priorities and system support developments to senior management.
  • Develop and oversee training programs, including content creation, delivery assistance, and effectiveness evaluation.
  • Analyze data to drive solutions for business challenges and recommend process and system improvements.
  • Build partnerships with stakeholders to implement business solutions and monitor progress against objectives.
  • Model compliance with company policies and promote ethical standards in all business activities.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
