What you'll do...
- Prepare financial analyses and models to support planning and recommend future expense targets.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze business performance and enhance reporting transparency.
- Communicate financial results, forecasts, and variances to senior management and support business decision-making.
- Lead execution of business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to performance.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop associates, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Promote continuous improvement by evaluating effectiveness of plans and implementing efficiency enhancements.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area.1 year’s experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
1 year’s supervisory experience.
