The Senior Manager of Returns & Fraud Finance plays a critical role in driving financial planning and analysis by developing complex models, recommending expense targets, and evaluating business performance in collaboration with cross-functional teams. This role ensures robust financial controls and enhances reporting transparency while supporting key business decisions through detailed financial presentations. What you'll do...

• Prepare financial analyses and models to support planning and recommend future expense targets.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze business performance and enhance reporting transparency.
• Communicate financial results, forecasts, and variances to senior management and support business decision-making.
• Lead execution of business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to performance.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop associates, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Promote continuous improvement by evaluating effectiveness of plans and implementing efficiency enhancements.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
