Role summary:As a Manager in Assortment Activation, you’ll drive how our merchandise comes to life on the shelves. You won’t just coordinate modular initiatives—you’ll own their flawless execution. Our team owns the planning, resource allocation, and execution of high-impact modulars. What you'll do:
- Influence & Align Merchants: Partner with cross-functional merchant teams to guide decisions, aligning strategic merchandising visions with realistic, executable modular plans.
- Lead Execution: Manage daily operations, optimize workload planning, and clear roadblocks to ensure all project milestones are met on time.
- Drive Quality & Process: Serve as the modular execution expert, using performance data and store feedback to continuously streamline operational processes.
- Develop Talent: Mentor and coach your team, fostering a culture of growth and operational excellence.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in business, merchandising, operations, or related area and 2 years’ experience in retail operations, merchandising, or modular execution.Option 2: 4 years’ experience in retail operations, merchandising, or modular execution, with demonstrated coordination ownership.
