Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management - Network Reporting & Insights
Operations
Posted on Jul 14, 2026
Position Summary...
You'll lead the end-to-end analytics strategy for Reverse Supply Chain, building and developing a team that turns raw operational data into reporting, dashboards, and insights that drive better decisions across the network. This role owns how the organization sees its performance — what we measure, how we measure it, and how that information shapes day-to-day execution and long-term strategy. You'll bring strong leadership, deep analytical fluency, and the ability to translate trends and anomalies into clear, actionable recommendations. Success in this role means anticipating issues before they surface, surfacing the story behind the numbers, and influencing stakeholders at every level with insight they can act on.About the Team
The Network Reporting & Insights team is the analytical backbone of Strategic Programs & Enablement, supporting Reverse Supply Chain operations, used assets, and broader portfolio reporting. We build the reporting, dashboards, and scorecards leaders rely on, and we partner closely with operations, merchandising, finance, transportation, and home office teams to make data accessible and useful. This is a highly cross-functional group that values curiosity, rigor, and clear communication. The work is fast-paced and highly visible — our outputs shape leadership conversations, drive operational improvements, and set the standard for how the network measures success.
