Collaborating closely with Assortment Activation and site merchandising teams, we optimize floor plans, category space, and adjacencies to enhance the in-store experience and accessibility. Focused on data-driven decision making and category strategy, the team leverages advanced analytics to optimize assortments and drive business results. We foster a collaborative environment that supports continuous improvement, innovation, and cross-functional partnership to ensure effective space planning and execution aligned with business objectives.
What you'll do:
- Lead end-to-end planning, governance, and oversight of modular and relay initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals.
- Manage portfolio capacity and resources to meet dynamic business needs and seasonal priorities.
- Establish and institutionalize execution standards and best practices across store formats.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align decisions, clarify roles, and optimize data utilization.
- Mentor and develop managers and associates to build leadership capabilities and promote continuous learning.
- Drive process optimization, risk mitigation, and performance measurement to ensure execution quality and operational excellence.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in business, merchandising, operations, or related area and 5 years’ experience in retail operations, merchandising, or modular execution, including 2 years’ experience leading teams or cross-functional programs.Option 2: 7 years’ progressive experience in retail operations, merchandising, or modular execution, with demonstrated leadership of large-scale relay/mod initiatives.
