What you'll do:

• Direct and manage project work streams, ensuring timely execution and successful implementation of initiatives.
• Analyze data to provide insights, influence business trends, and recommend solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve operational processes and tools that enhance efficiency.
• Lead and mentor associates, establishing performance expectations and fostering a high-performing team environment.
• Drive business plans by identifying needs, removing obstacles, and measuring progress to achieve key metrics.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
