What you'll do:
- Lead the planning, budgeting, and monitoring of technology operations programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and manage integrated program plans, defining scope, milestones, and performance baselines across multiple projects.
- Analyze financial and operational data to forecast risks, optimize resource allocation, and project return on investment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technology strategies and drive execution of deliverables.
- Implement program monitoring tools and processes to track progress, identify issues, and recommend corrective actions.
- Influence decision-making through clear communication and data-driven insights, fostering alignment across business units.
What you'll bring:
- Extensive experience in program and financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for large-scale initiatives.
- Proven ability to define program charters, manage multiple project tracks, and measure performance against established baselines.
- Strong knowledge of technology strategies and their alignment with business objectives to influence stakeholder decisions.
- Expertise in risk assessment, mitigation planning, and resource allocation across complex programs.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to build consensus and communicate effectively in ambiguous situations.
- Demonstrated capability to drive business operations, develop business cases, and implement continuous improvements.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
