Our team manages enterprise-scale big data platforms, delivering stable and governed data warehouse and lake solutions. We develop advanced platform capabilities that support large-scale data needs across business domains, enabling applications, reporting, analytics, and AI initiatives. Focused on reliability, scalability, and innovation, we integrate cloud-native architectures and AI agents to enhance system performance. The team emphasizes operational excellence, continuous improvement, and technical leadership to ensure robust, enterprise-grade platforms that drive business value and support strategic objectives across Walmart’s ecosystem.
What you'll do:
- Lead design and development of scalable, cloud-native AI-powered software systems and intelligent automation solutions.
- Translate domain-level strategies into system-level implementations, ensuring architectural integrity and operational excellence.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks, automating processes, and enhancing system reliability and performance.
- Champion DevOps and CI/CD practices to maintain resilient, observable, and high-quality software delivery.
- Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentorship, and cross-team collaboration to foster innovation and engineering excellence.
- Make informed architectural decisions balancing long-term business goals and technical trade-offs.
- Promote a culture of accountability, integrity, and customer-focused execution.

Sunnyvale, California US-11657: The annual salary range for this position is $169,000.00 - $338,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
