What you'll do...
Role summary:The Senior Manager, Global Compliance Intelligence & Analytics role is responsible for transforming complex retail data into actionable intelligence. This intelligence will enhance our Monitoring and Reporting functions by communicating trends, risks, and opportunities in a visually engaging manner. This role supports the Global Marketplace & eCommerce Compliance’s item and brand (IP) teams, ensuring data is accurate, intuitive, insightful, and impactful. The role is responsible for reporting that enables leadership to anticipate issues, measure effectiveness, and inform strategic decisions. By combining analytical rigor with thoughtful data visualization, this role elevates Compliance performance across global markets.
About the team:
The Global Marketplace & eCommerce Compliance Data Analytics team upholds Walmart’s platform integrity by delivering comprehensive insights into performance and compliance metrics. This team specializes in data design, cross-market integration, and monitoring frameworks to support global operations. Emphasizing strategic governance, leadership, and effective communication, the team enhances experiences for customers, sellers, and compliance partners. Their proactive approach fosters a secure, reliable environment aligned with Walmart’s ethical standards, driving consistent compliance and operational excellence across worldwide markets.
What you'll do:
- Lead the development of visually compelling dashboards and reports that communicate Item and IP trends to Compliance and Executive audiences.
- Translate complex datasets into intuitive visuals and narratives that surface key insights, risks, and emerging patterns.
- Identify priority areas, trends, and signals to monitor across global programs, and design reporting frameworks to track performance and risk.
- Own global analytics and reporting, identifying trends across infringement types, enforcement activity and operational performance.
- Partner with Compliance, Legal, and Product teams to ensure insights are relevant and aligned to strategic priorities.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover non-obvious insights and inform decision-making.
What you'll bring:
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or insights roles with a strong emphasis on data visualization and storytelling.
- Trust & Safety, compliance, risk, or IP-related experience preferred.
- Operational experience (e.g., working with enforcement workflows, case management, or program performance metrics) preferred.
- Proven ability to design engaging dashboards and presentations for cross-functional audiences.
- Strong proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and best practices in visual design.
- Experience turning complex or ambiguous data into clear narratives and recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to represent a function to a broad organization.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
