Role summary:The Manager, Site Merchandising leads the design and execution of site strategies to optimize product displays, navigation, and customer engagement across multiple departments. About the team:
The Site Merchandising team enhances the online shopping experience for the Health category by leading visual merchandising, content strategy, and site planning. Using data-driven insights and market research, the team drives continuous improvement and innovation. They collaborate across functions to develop and implement site strategies aligned with business goals. With expertise in influencing skills, customer analytics, category strategy, market research, and business communication, the team focuses on clear communication and effective project management to optimize site performance and customer engagement, supporting sustained eCommerce growth.
What you'll do:
- Build and optimize site merchandising for assigned departments by designing traffic plans, category displays, and product layouts.
- Drive customer engagement through search result strategies and collaboration with marketing partners.
- Analyze customer behavior and market data to recommend site improvements and category strategies.
- Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Develop and execute launch plans for promotional campaigns, monitoring performance and providing actionable feedback.
- Utilize web analytics and SEO best practices to enhance site structure and content relevance.
- Lead and mentor associates, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
What you'll bring:
- Proven expertise in site merchandising, including site navigation, visual merchandising methodologies, and use of site tools such as Tempo and Tango.
- Strong ability to analyze customer behavior and market data to inform site optimization and category strategy.
- Effective communication skills to influence cross-functional teams and present complex information clearly.
- Experience in developing and executing category strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Proficiency in campaign planning, launch coordination, and performance evaluation.
- Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and storytelling to provide actionable business insights.
- Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and developing team members while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
