What you'll do:
  • Develop and execute merchandising strategies that anticipate member behaviors and industry trends to drive sales and enhance member value.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize assortment plans, balancing category performance with member satisfaction.
  • Leverage data analytics and digital tools to forecast demand, mitigate risks, and inform decision-making processes.
  • Lead supplier negotiations to secure favorable terms while fostering strong partnerships and supplier capabilities.
  • Partner with Supply Chain and Operations to address efficiency, quality, and placement issues, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Build and mentor high-performing teams, promoting continuous improvement and innovation aligned with business objectives.

What you'll bring:
  • Extensive experience in merchandising with strong expertise in trend analysis, assortment planning, and category strategy.
  • Proven leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams and driving collaboration across merchandising, supply chain, and operations.
  • Advanced data analysis capabilities to anticipate member behaviors, forecast industry trends, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategies that align with business objectives and optimize profit and loss management.
  • Strong negotiation skills to build supplier partnerships and secure favorable terms.
  • Excellent communication and adaptability to lead change and foster continuous improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 5 years’ experience in merchandising or related field OR 7 years’ experience in merchandising or related field. 4 years’ experience with direct responsibility for profit and loss (P&L) statements.
