Role summary:As an Associate Merchant, you will support category management by facilitating supplier negotiations, managing purchase orders, and resolving supplier-related issues to ensure accurate product setup across channels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute customer communication programs, optimize search results, and contribute to category financial planning. Leveraging data analysis and digital tools, you will help drive informed decisions that enhance customer experience and business performance. What you'll do:
- Provide administrative support for supplier negotiations and manage purchase orders within assigned categories.
- Assist merchants in resolving supplier issues and facilitate the setup of new suppliers for stores and online channels.
- Execute customer communication and education programs, ensuring accuracy and quality of product page content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement category features, modular layouts, and promotional activities.
- Analyze sales data and support budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking for assigned categories.
- Support item setup, pricing recommendations, and sample management processes.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to drive category strategy and performance.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
