What you'll do:
- Promote transparent communication and build positive working relationships across Walmart Aviation teams to achieve operational goals.
- Plan and execute flight operations in compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations and company standard operating procedures.
- Analyze and apply flight information including weather, fuel, routes, and maintenance to ensure safe and efficient travel.
- Manage documentation and regulatory requirements for international and domestic flights.
- Supervise and develop crew members, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Identify and implement business improvements to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Support company policies, ethics, and safety culture while fostering continuous learning and adaptability.
What you'll bring:
- Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) License with multi-engine land rating and English proficiency endorsement
- Valid US passport or a Valid Passport with a US Permanent Resident Card
- FAA First-Class Medical Certificate
- 2,000 hours total flight hours, including:
- 1,000 hours turbine time
- 500 hours of Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time
- Type rating in jet aircraft.
- Proven expertise in flight planning, including weather analysis, fuel calculations, and route optimization.
- Strong knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and international aviation standards
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and sound aeronautical decision-making.
- Experience developing and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure operational safety and efficiency.
- Effective communication skills to foster collaboration across aviation teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage confidential documentation and regulatory requirements for international flights.
- Commitment to promoting a safety culture and continuous professional development in aviation practices.
- 10+ years of corporate and/or military aviation experience
- 3,500 hours Total Time (TT)
- 1,000 hours of Jet Time
- 1,000 hours PIC

The annual salary range for this position is $120,000.00 - $320,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
