We integrate sales, inventory, capacity, cost, and risk through Integrated Business Planning to align merchandising intent with operational execution. This approach enables informed decisions on assortment, sourcing, and flow, shifting focus from reactive problem-solving to proactive strategy activation. What you'll do:
- Provide data-driven analysis and insights to support and refine business strategies.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop consistent, accurate strategic plans.
- Recommend and implement initiatives based on analytical findings to drive business growth.
- Evaluate ongoing effectiveness of programs and adjust strategies to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and execute business plans.
- Establish and oversee workflows, timelines, and compliance processes to ensure operational excellence.
- Mentor and develop associates, fostering a high-performing, team-oriented environment.
- Communicate business priorities clearly and remove obstacles to achieve objectives.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
