Role summary:The Senior Analyst, Strategic Account Management, plays a critical role in driving business growth by partnering closely with client and internal stakeholders across commercial and operational teams. This role requires strong analytical acumen to understand market trends, performance indicators, and available data outputs, using that understanding to inform consultative discussions and strategic recommendations aligned with business priorities. The Senior Analyst interprets and contextualizes existing data to support consultative conversations with clients and internal partners, enabling informed, value-driven approaches. Through effective relationship management and insight-led consultation, the role contributes to stronger customer retention, enhanced supplier partnerships, and sustained revenue growth.
About the team:
The Strategic Account Management team plays a vital role in driving business growth by fostering strong relationships with internal Walmart Merchandising teams and external supplier partners. This team focuses on managing mutual value propositions and supporting stakeholder engagement to achieve business objectives. The team values collaboration, effective communication, and a results-driven approach to influence cross-functional teams and deliver impactful solutions that support Walmart’s commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
What you'll do:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders to support business objectives and customer retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product knowledge and tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Lead root cause analysis and resolve onboarding issues to ensure seamless client integration and satisfaction.
- Drive process improvements and support execution aligned within organizational goals.
What you'll bring:
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders, build strong relationships, and communicate effectively across audiences.
- Strong analytical capabilities, including data analysis, root cause analysis, and use of business metrics to inform decisions and drive meaningful action
- Experience leading client onboarding efforts and identifying integration opportunities between customer needs and internal business initiatives.
- Solid business acumen with an understanding of industry trends and business P&L fundamentals.
- Experience using productivity and analytical tools, including Excel, Outlook, and AI-enabled technologies
- A continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to identify and propose process improvement opportunities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to clearly convey insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
