Position Summary...
The Senior Manager, People serves as a strategic HR partner responsible for aligning people strategies with business priorities. This role advises leaders, supports organizational change, drives consistent HR execution, strengthens compliance, and uses data to improve associate experience, workforce effectiveness, and business outcomes. The role also leads and develops teams while fostering a culture of belonging, accountability, and continuous improvement.What you'll do...
What you’ll do
- Partner with business leaders to define and execute people strategies that support business goals.
- Lead the execution of HR plans, programs, and initiatives across assigned business areas.
- Advise leaders on organizational change, associate relations, workforce planning, and HR-related issues.
- Ensure consistent execution of HR practices, systems, policies, and personnel-related activities.
- Monitor compliance with company policies and federal, state, and local employment requirements.
- Analyze HR and business data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Create action plans to improve performance, efficiency, compliance, and associate experience.
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop associates while building a high-performing team environment.
- Promote company values, ethics, integrity, the Open Door Policy, and a culture of belonging.

- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, remove barriers, and drive execution.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
